Bunga Telur is given away at Malay weddings as a thank you gift .The egg signifies fertility.Bunga is flower and Telur is egg.
The first picture is a bunga telur 'dip' ,was handmade by a couple in Gombak.The husband sadly passed away after he delivered the last box of flowers to my girlfriend.
(It was for her daughter's wedding and I heard she ordered by the thousands).
Must have been great to die doing the thing you love.

By the way, I saw Sex and the City.I cried partly because it was touching and partly because it was heavily sensored.
But I enjoyed it and I realised again and again that life without love is hard. Life without truth is painful.Life without mistakes is imposibble.Life without forgiveness is tragic.

It's really strange, considering how I recently thought about dying while doing things I love most. There was no reason to get introspective, I just got into that frame of mind randomly. I'd love to die making a huge cuisine spread for my family. Or singing. or dancing in the rain. or in the arms of my husband while he read out his poems to me. Bliss.
